About Logic Node Hub
An independent Solana learning library focused on validator and network essentials — based in County Durham, serving learners across the United Kingdom.
Official registered business
Logic Node Hub Ltd is the registered business name operating as Logic Node Hub. The company was established in 2021 in Consett, Durham, after our founders noticed a gap between official Solana documentation and the practical questions UK operators asked in community channels.
Our history
Logic Node Hub began as informal study circles in 2021, meeting in community centres around Durham to read consensus documentation aloud and sketch slot timelines on whiteboards. By 2022 we formalised the Validator Setup Intensive as demand grew from developers who wanted supervised lab time before touching mainnet keys.
In 2023 we added remote Network Health Clinics for operators who already ran validators but needed structured troubleshooting. The Consensus Reading Group launched in 2024 as a lower-cost entry point for learners who preferred fortnightly discussion over full-day workshops.
Today we operate from 303 Durham Road, Consett, DH8 5NW, combining in-person intensives with online clinics and reading sessions.
Mission
We exist to make Solana validator and network knowledge accessible through human-led teaching — clear explanations, supervised practice, and honest scope about what education can and cannot replace.
People
Mara Ellison leads validator workshops. She operated devnet and testnet validators for three years before focusing full-time on instruction.
Tom Reid facilitates network health clinics and contributes field notes on metrics interpretation.
Guest segments occasionally feature independent UK validator operators who share operational perspective without representing any foundation or protocol team.
Working approach
Sessions emphasise primary documentation, live configuration on lab machines, and written recaps you can revisit. We do not sell stake, host validators on your behalf, or provide investment guidance.
Values
- Accuracy over speed — we would rather repeat a concept than rush past confusion.
- Transparent scope — every workshop lists what is excluded as clearly as what is included.
- Community respect — we cite official Solana resources and credit open-source tooling authors.
