By accessing logic-nodehub.click or booking sessions with Logic Node Hub Ltd ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Services

We provide educational workshops, clinics, and reading groups about Solana validator operation and network essentials. All content is informational and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Bookings & payment

Session fees are communicated at booking. Deposits and balances are due as stated in confirmation emails. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your seat.

4. Intellectual property

Site text, handouts, and session materials are owned by Logic Node Hub Ltd unless otherwise credited. You may use personal notes from sessions for your own learning. Redistribution or commercial reuse requires written permission.

5. Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully in group settings. We may remove attendees who disrupt sessions or attempt to solicit commercial stake services during educational time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of educational materials or decisions you make about validator operation, staking, or infrastructure spend. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booked session is limited to the fee paid for that session.

7. Third-party references

References to Solana, documentation, or tooling are for identification and education. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Solana or the Solana Foundation.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
