Refund & cancellation policy

Overview

This policy applies to educational sessions booked with Logic Node Hub Ltd: Validator Setup Intensive, Network Health Clinic, and Consensus Reading Group.

Validator Setup Intensive

• Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the workshop date (deposit included).
• 50% refund if you cancel 7–13 days before the date.
• No refund within 7 days of the workshop, except where required by consumer law or we cancel the session.
• Deposits are transferable to another participant you nominate if we receive notice at least 7 days ahead.

Network Health Clinic

• Free rescheduling with 48 hours' notice.
• Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% fee retained to cover reserved tutor time.
• If you no-show without notice, the full session fee is non-refundable.

Consensus Reading Group

• Single session bookings: refund if cancelled 72 hours before the session.
• Eight-session blocks: pro-rata refund for unused sessions if you withdraw before session three; after session three, remaining sessions are non-refundable but recordings remain available for the block period.

Non-refundable items

Printed materials already posted, third-party venue fees already paid on your behalf, and completed clinic time are non-refundable.

If we cancel

If Logic Node Hub cancels a session, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice. We are not responsible for travel costs you incur, but will offer the earliest alternative date.

Work already started

Partial delivery (e.g. a clinic hour completed) is charged for time used; any remainder is refunded or credited.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
